I thought it would be fun to discuss some history on snuffing. Anybody have some historical snuffing tales to share ?

So while searching about the history of snuff I came across some things on Wikipedia about how Pope Urban VIII threatened to excommunicate snuffers. Pretty interesting. Lets get the historical snuff flowing anyone else have any fun facts of the historical sense ? I’m getting intrigued by the history aspect myself.

Alright so another fun fact of snuffing history I’ve read that on Christopher Columbus’s second journey to the America’s circa 1497 Columbus found native Taino-Indians sniffing tobacco through large Y-shaped tubes in Haiti.
