I think that snuff with magnesium and B6 could prevent or reduce some heart disabilities caused by snuffing. Many of us will be snuffing no matter what, so this kind of snuff could be less dangerous. Is it even possible to make such snuff? Vitamins wouldn’t be burned, as in cigarettes, but I do not know if it would remain its good features. But I’m not biologist - I don’t know if it could be even more dangerous. Maybe someone of you knows? And what do you think about this idea? Would you snuff it?

Because the amounts of dosage would be difficult to maintain control of the possibility of overdosing would not make this a good method of uptake for B6.
I’m not sure how effectively vitamins would be absorbed into your nasal passages. Best thing you can do to improve cardiac health is cardiovascular exercise and a healthy diet. I believe the cardiovascular effects of snuff aren’t particularly great though. A strong cup of coffee raises my BP and heartrate more than a big pinch of snuff does.

It is those last ten years of life I am trying to avoid. Eat healthy ,exercise , die anyway. I say, enjoy life today tomorrow may never come! Don’t get me wrong I love being alive, just don’t want to die of old age. Life is a terminal disease and it is spread through intercourse with the opposite sex!
