Are there any snuff mills/producers who can be visited near London? I’ll be there in a few weeks and I think it would be really fun to visit one! I was going to visit Wilsons of Sharrow but they’re a bit far from London and I have limited time.
If you’re in London I’d recommend a trip to the Segar & Snuff Parlour: 27A The Market, Covent Garden, WC2E 8RD. It’s a very small quaint old tobacconist shop that does some unique snuffs, some of their own specialist range (such as Jock’s Choice and Mature Crumbled) and some that are the same as the sadly defunct G. Smith and Sons; Café Royale and George IV et al. Well worth a visit 
I don’t know of any snuff mills in the London area, though someone wiser may know better.

To the best of my knowledge there are no manufacturers left in London. However, in addition to the Segar and Snuff Parlour you might try Jayems at 125 Victoria Street - a good selection of WoS snuffs, Poschl and also accessories.
WoS and McC aren’t that far from London if you’re there for a few weeks. You can visit McC no probs in Leicester iirc, not sure about WoS but you can see the mill if you go to sheffers.
I would like to say that @MisterPaul leads you down a right path … I have a friend who recently went to Segar and Snuff while over in London and got me some goodies - and now I cannot wait for him to go back in October to get me more, hahaha.
