First off im new here. Hello everyone. Im also new to snuff. Secondly Id like to know if anyone here ever experiences missing items from snuff orders? Just got my first Mr Snuff order and a few tins are missing. Anybody else have this happen?
Hello and welcome, it does happen,mi would suggest that you contact customer services at Mr Snuff, they are usually. Very quick to respond and deal so first port of call would be them.

Out of curiosity, what tin was it?
@Igglet Devoe Eagle Mills. Ive heard a lot about scotch snuffs and was looking forward to trying this one.
I’m hoping to get Swisher Square before it is gone again. I’m sure if I looked hard enough I could find it local.
@PalatialRegalia I can’t get Eagle Mills but would be happy to send you some other Scotch snuffs. I will be out of town for a week starting July 2 so we can do this as soon as I return. I will look for Eagle Mills on my trip if you’d like.
@chefdaniel Really? That’d be much appreciated. @Igglet I can’t get any snuff local. Not many tobacco shops around and the ones that are mainly sell cigars and pipe stuff.

I ordered some Tops Mild Scotch from Mr snuff and while it wasn’t included in my initial order it did turn up a week or two later. I think they don’t carry it in general stock so they order it in from America.
@PalatialRegalia - Have a bundle of scotches on the way from MrSnuff myself it’s been around a week so far… Will post here when they arrive for your refernece
