Recently I had a friend who kept asking me what was in the various bullets I use for snuff. After going through my current set I had one that was almost empty, so I asked what ‘flavor’ he’d like to smell next. He asked for fruit punch… And so I mixed the most atrocious concoction of fruity flavors I could find out of my stash. (Toque: Lime Toast, Black Cherry, Pomegranate, Grapefruit; WoS: Strawberry; SG: Apple, Guarana, Raspberry - 2 spoonfuls each, shake bullet well.) Needless to say this was a nasty mix at first, but as the bullet has gone down the mix has mellowed out and mingled quiet nicely into something I might try again. In fact I’m going to be sad when it is finally gone. So that got me thinking on if anyone else out there has any snuff mix recipes they’d be willing to share. I’ll start out with an easy one I call the ‘soft-serve’ (from that McDonald’s ‘ice cream’): Toque Chocolate and Vanilla - Mix 1:1.

K

I mix Samuel Gawith : Banana with JAXONS : English Toffee 50/50 . I only make about 50g at a time now because the Banana changes so often ! But it’s a mix that’s always good and I always have it in my pocket !

T

Viking drak with SP extra around 2:1 makes a snuff similar to WoS Best Dark but with a better nic kick.

D

http://www.snuffhouse.org/discussion/6562/what-are-you-mixing#latest I had a few I posted in this thread. Alot of good ideas in here too.

My favorite blend would be Pöschl Bayern-Prise and Silver Dollar Vanilla at a ratio of 2:1 To me it tastes like a lightly minty cookies and cream candy bar. The dryness of the SilverDollar Vanilla helps the Pöschl load and dispense from my acrylic bullet.

C

I just mixed 2:1 Pöschl südfrucht and WoS banana knocked südfrucht down a notch or two and it’s bullet friendly. i like it.

Y

3:1 of Garrett Scotch and WoS Spearmint. Delivers the nicotine and the spearmint tricks my nose into thinking its ok to take redonkulous sized hits of Garrett

V

I was disappointed on Viking Blonde. So I took an empty Viking Peach tin with some remains and put 8-9g Viking Blonde and 3-4g Queens Extra Strong into it. Despite I wrote about tasteless Viking Blonde, its aroma comes out a bit in this mix. Now I have 11-13 grams of mild, toasted SP citrus snuff. Wonderful, really.

C

1:1 Or something close to it of Fugazi Black Joe and Molens ChocoCream. let it rest for a week to let aromas cohabitate lol it’s like a mocha frappuccinno.

S

The mix for me would be, A spoonful of FT Morocco with a sprinkle of j Wilson top mill. You get all the beauty of the FT with a little kick and a hint of pepper.

I

My first attempt at snuff mixing. 5 parts Spanish Gem 3 parts Viking Dark 2 part Cheese and, Bacon The smallest pinch Hedges. Very nice kick in the ass. I may put a little less Viking Dark next time. It over powers a little.

I

I was thinking of putting in Havana Toast but, then something made me put it down.

B

My two favorite mixers are Dholakia White & Toque Rustica ,I mix for effect rather than a new scent. When I want scent I add an extract or natural materials

C

90% Ntsu black 10% Viking dark is the best mix I’ve ever tried…

H

I had a little WoS Royal George left in my penny snuff box when I put some SG Wild Duck in there, and that mixture was lovely. Only needs a little dash of Royal George.

S

Hi i have 20 tap boxes of gletscher prise. Can i mix it with sws lundy foot, mull of oa or auld alliance ?

B

@Snufferdemedicis try it if you like it make more. use small amounts until you get the right mix your after. and keep records of your mix so you can reproduce in the future

S

Hi some feedback, gletscher is alright mixed with mull of oa. First you feel the special gletscher taste, mull of oa comes after.

S

However with lundy’s foot it does not taste as good as i thought it would.

Toque Coke mixed with Toque Camphor and Clove is divine. I know it sounds odd, but the clove mixed with the cola smells exactly a spiced cola I used to drink. The camphor isn’t too strong and it helps keep me clear to enjoy the scent even more.

N

The NB Madras is too strong and fine for me as a beginner, so I mixed NB Madras with Horse brand Joshi snuff (which is a fairly moist snuff). NB Madras is 60% and Horse Brand Joshi 40% (I eyeballed it). This is effective for me to take NB Madras or else I just wouldn’t visit it again as a beginner. Infact, this might become my all day snuff until I get hold of some new ones which are on the way.

G

NTSU Black mixes well with any fine/dry/scented/medicated snuff that could be too challenging to start with as it is.
The fine particles stick to the coarse moist ones in a very efficient manner to avoid throat hits.
Start with a 1:1 ratio and modify accordingly.
Take fun seriously!

H

I’ve been sick the last few days, and using mostly an 80/20 mix of Tom Buck and O&G. I wish there were more medicated SPs out there.

B

@Hitsuzen OSP 5 ? Medicated SP

Any plain snuff, plus any highly perfumed snuff. Mix to taste. Good bases include: Viking Blonde/Brown/Dark/Thor’s Hammer Toque Plain/Plain Coarse WoS Natural Mixer Examples: F&T Seville/Bordeaux/Morlaix etc SG Celtic Talisman / Firedance / Bouquet / Jockey Club GH Cherry/Mitchells Anything that you find a little overpowering if snuffed “neat” Then add a small percentage of rustica if the nicotine doesn’t seem to be getting through. I don’t tend to blend perfumed/flavoured snuffs together, except for my “granny’s stew” reject blend.

Rusty Elephant - 50/50 mix of Toque Rustica and White Elephant

G

Crazy mix for a spicy weekend: Approximately equal parts of: NTSU Black White Elephant Viking Dark SG London Brown SG Black Rappee L260 WoS Best SP F&T Morocco GH Ambassador 6P SuperKailash Mix well and let it blend for 3-6 hours, shake the container periodically. Resulting one box of snuff replaced all leftovers on my desk… plug&pray…

G

any WoS menthol + Poschl DoppelAroma
L260 + Sternecker Echt Fresko (or Poschl SudFrucht)

Lovely combination of an english type menthol either too dry or too strong with some not-so-smoky schmaltzer type flour, should be taken with a pinch of salt, but I highly recommend it.

B

White Ice = 75% Fubar Willie Pete + 25% WoS Dynamite

G

One hit wonders batch no.2:

50% Hedges L260 + 25% NTSU Black + 25% bernard gekachelter virginie dunkel

Theres something about clean smoky menthols that I havent been able to find in any snuff. (Except Bernard Fichtennadel and Amostrinha that are still too scented and overpower the straight  tobacco flavour). Thats why I make my own mixes in this category.

N

Any plain Madras snuff with 6P Super Kailash 70:30

E

I have some Poeschl Bayern-Prise, and Gawith Original - neither of them I would buy again.  Just mixed them at a 1:1:1 ratio with some Alpina and the result is very nice.  Toned down Alpina with added depth and warmth.  A decent use for two snuff which I wasn’t too keen on using up.

P

im messing around with F&T seville and cheeta. equal parts of each is pretty good but i think im going to add a little more cheeta

A

Just picked up one of the new ABS plastic boxes from Mr. Snuff so I started out with just Sudfrucht. Then I tossed in some Doppelaroma just to be silly. It was pretty darn good, but I figured why not stop there? Added some Echt Fresco for the sake of schmaltzlerfest but that didn’t work out (Poschl and Sternecker don’t jive too well). Then a little Honey Bee, Toque Raspberry, WoS Raspberry (menthol), WoS Summer Berries, and a dash of Rustica went into the mix. Shook it up, let it rest for a day, and now it’s a winner. Heady, sweet, fruity schmaltzler with just a touch of menthol. Pardon me while I indulge :^)

N

Sound like when I was a kid… we called it a “grave yard” .

D

I’ve not tried it yet, but I would imagine that a little Toque Raspberry mixed with Toque Almond Toast might make a very decent Toque Bakewell Pudding.

J

Toque toast and marmalade with 6photo 66.  Called it “Order 66” - Star Wars Nerdom

Then took some White elephant and  Wilsons Menthol.  Call it “Babar” -after the books…lol

B

Needed to knock out some of the Strawberry Toque from an overpacked bullet.  Just happened to have 0.5g of McC Aztec at the bottom of tin.  Knocked out about half the strawberry into the aztec and BAM!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries = 1:1 McChrystals Aztec with Toque Strawberry

S

Wilson’s Irish No. 22 and SG Irish D (the base- full-bodied, slightly sweet), Toque USA Whiskey and Honey Rustica (for strength and sour tang), and Toque Spanish Gem (for something mysterious). For a dry snuff, this is very easy on the nose. The scent is straightforward while being multi-dimensional and not at all confusing to the nose. Shovels quite well.

B

I have not gotten the ratio perfect on this, but I will report back when I do! Bellini : 2:1 toque champagne to toque peach. The peach seems to easily overpower the champagne, but there is a crispy booze note in the background. Next time I will try 3:1. Who knows a good basic orange scented snuff to mix with toque champagne for a mimosa mix?

S

@boiledonions if you could get a hold of some OSP Shaman’s Boon, get ready for liftoff. It’s making me wish I’d added Champagne to my last order. I’ve had some good orange snuffs from home chefs but can’t think of anything specifically orange on the open market- except perhaps for SWS Moro Moro which is definitely orange-ish.

T

Toque St. Clements?

B

I ordered a 10g tin of champagne from mr snuff and received a 25g tin. I saw that as an invitation to experiment. I will give St. Clements a try On my next order. If not maybe I can try to add some orange Essential oil to a natural. Mr snuff seems to be sold out of Moro Moro and I dont know where else to get ahold of SWS
