I am looking for a device that will shoot a measured dose of snuff up one’s nose. It needs to be mechanical, durable and preferably hold its on stash of snuff. Electric or pneumatic would also be great! This will be used at rugby events so it should also be able to be worked by those who are a bit impaired by alchohol. Any help is appreciated! Cros
