I’m planning on spending a semester abroad in New Zealand here soon, and I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of tobacco laws, and especially laws concerning snuff, are in place in New Zealand. I know there’s a smoking ban on beach fronts and all public and government buildings, but what kind of laws concerning smokeless tobacco like snuff? Thanks in advance.
Seems your OK with nasal snuff:- Oral Snuff is illegal in New Zealand but nasal snuff can be sold to the over 18’s. Have a nice trip.
My daughter bought some WoS and bullets there last year. The NZ government did a study on snuff and gave it their blessing.
