I’m interested ilto know how people take snuff while driving ? Now I use a bullet which is hard to do behind the wheel an open tin spells disaster . Surely someone has maybe thought or made something that works while on the road . My idea was to somehow make something that you could gently push your hand under and it pops out a messured size of snuff on the back of ur hand quick clean easy no need to use two hands at all . No strugle to open the tin or get the bullet ready then no problen getting the snuff on your hand . Now am I crazy in my thoughts here am I alone in the strugle to snuff and drive ??? I see the automatic soap dispencers in the service stations maybe a smaller one of those that dispences snuff not soap !!!
And of court their is advertising just think how popular the first one made would be slap snuff adds all over the snuff drive kit come on someone has to ages with me here ha-ha someone ,
I remember I was once driving on a quiet road from Hull to Boston (UK), I opened an almost full tin of Hedges L260 to take a sniff just when a stupid tractor driver pulled out of a field. I had to drop the tin and slam on the brakes. For days I just had to close my eyes for a second and stamp on the floor mat and breath in. That was my snuff drive kit, LOL!

I generally wait for a stretch of road where I can drive with my knees for a few moments or a stop light, roll the window up a bit to cut down on spillage, and get my snuff in. Never really had folks stare out on the road, I’m guessing they think I’m an obsessive nose picker! A large tub dispenser above the visor , a hose hanging with a ball valve, would sure make road snuffing easier-I like the soap dispensor idea Davec32!
If you just practice with a bullet, you will find that you can do it with one hand very easily while driving.
I don’t like the bullets as they don’t give enough of a pinch for me, so Ive developed a one handed shuffle with my snuff box, or I get my wife to open it for me. The bullets are designed for coke really, I wish someone would produce one really made for snuff.
Do you mean with a bigger dose suffster ?
I’ve a few bullets of different designs and as snuffster says they don’t give a good dose. Or it goes to far up. @ Nigel, seems I should go and get a wife, LOL!
An open tin fixed to the top of the dashboard with double sided tape containing just enough snuff for the journey - works for me !
@BradMajors…I love that idea! I usually just use a bullet and take 4 or 5 “doses” until I feel as though I’ve had a big pinch…but I can only seem to use a coarser snuff in a bullet as anything medium or fine ground hits my throat every time with a bullet…and of course the coarser the grind, the more prone it is to plug up the bullet… D****d if you do, d****d if you don’t I suppose.
I use a Barbie doll with one hand glued on the bottom and another on the top of an easy open pill box (no hinge). I load it with Scotch so the heat and the humidity are no concern. Not really but I can dream can’t I? What I would really like is to modify a PEZ dispenser somehow. I mostly bike to work but when I’m on four wheels I have no problem pinching from a box. “Just get a damn box!” as someone said in another post.
