I thought I’d let you know that smokingpipes.com put up a nasal snuff blog on their site today. I goes briefly into the history of snuff and talks about how they are now grinding pipe tobacco into snuff for personal use(mostly likely due to PACT) and how they ground it up into snuff for those of you interested.
