@clsmoothie thanks, and beyond that it’s the best way to quit imagine i quit for 3 months, and for a hearvy smoker like me with coffee even it’s quit impossible, and it still a challenge

Its the burn and the nicotine hit for me. Im new to this, i enjoy the fact their are so many different blendings however do far my favourite is neftobak. Picked it up at Reykjavik duty free, wish id gotten more of t.

@Tc2642 true, but as someone that could quit smoking with it it still a hard challenge, as even that burn go away, or maybe just gor someone who smoke , as the withdrawal gor amoking still go up and up, intill i found my self going to smoking again

Your probably also addicted to the ritual of smoking and the other chemicals when you inhale than just the nicotine. I wasn’t a particularly a heavy smoker so not such a problem for me, snus may be another option to go for.

@Tc2642 i tryed one time to snus nasal snuff it was awfull and it didn’t work, as right now i really have a complicated teeth problems i still remember this local snuff we have got me on a lot of troubles qith my teeth, i did never even visit a dentisty holl life so it was weard, and i ecen complicated it even more with those vaccines, and now i becames stuck, even smoking did never give me that complication in my mouth, im not saying its just snuff maybe snuff qith that covid vaccines didn’t match together, as the fisrt one i was just smoking it did nothing to me, but i wasn’t know back then, so it’s just how it is even snuff, like i was remambering the girst time i did it before those vaccines didn’t get me throughout that much of complications, anyways i wish i could handle anuff one day or even understand it the way it should as right now it becames complicated
