I once won a bet in grade 6 for snorting a bunch of black pepper. Most painful $5 I even made!

Well in Bulgaria plenty of kids start smoking from 5th-6th grade… By the time they graduate probably well above 70% are smokers. And yet most people were against the ban of smoking in public places, thus leading to not accepting the new law. And I recently saw this article about Chinese children smokers. There was that kid, which was almost still a toddler smoking a pack a day.

Oh jeez. Their parents oughtta be slapped for that.

In China, a cheap pack of cigarettes runs for about 3-7 Yuan (.50 cents to $1 USD) so it doesn’t surprise me that kids get in on that habit.

I think that toddler wasn’t from China. I forget where he was from but… It’s an area where cigarettes are a new thing, tradionaly people used other tobacco. So cigarettes aren’t considered as dangerous as they are here. So take that into account when thinking about the parents.
