I will be sending a batch of a new product to the warehouse tomorrow. Lundy Foot is a finely milled, high nicotine blend, named in memory of the 18th century Dublin snuff chandler and Michael Larey, the “Irish blackguard”, who inadvertently invented Scotch ( scorched ) snuff when he fell into a drunken stupor and allowed tobacco drying in a kiln to roast.
Must say I am really looking forward to getting hold of some Lundy Foot, and also the Auld Alliance, which I failed to get lately…
Lundy Foot is a great snuff. It has a very nutty, caramel scent that lasts a long time. I spent a weekend comparing it to Toque Natural Toast, Almond Toast and F&T HDT. This toasty gem can stand right up there with the best of them.
I been stalling on checking out my cart at MS…thanks to a SH member who let me know LUNDY FOOT would be in stock shortly. @Johnny… TY…we know you are hard at work creating your Masterful Snuffs…It will be a fantastic day for many when SWS CDF & AA will be in stock again as well, both my 50s are getting kinda scary low.
And I, of course, just put in an order for the 3 WoS on sale at MS. Mister Lundy will have to take another nap 'till I can muster enough self-justification to order again.
Lundy Foot is bloody lovely. Got a kick like a mule, really tasty as well. Stefan
A new toast, heaven.
Another intriguing snuff I can’t afford! :)) Might have to try though…
I’m going to wait on checking out on my MrSnuff cart too…looking forward to Lundy Foot!
Oh, I have to get some of this.
Just put my order in
Ok, I couldn’t resist, jumped in and ordered these. 1 x Abraxas Dragun Menthol 15g (ABR010) = $4.79 1 x Abraxas FireDrac 15g (ABR019) = $7.67 1 x Sir Walter Scott’s Field of Junipers Snuff 50g (SWS006) = $35.59 1 x Sir Walter Scott’s Lundy Foot Snuff 50g (SWS008) = $25.14
Hi i left my lundy foot for a year in the fridge and it seems to be very moist , and a little bit darker forming small balls kind of different texture as compared to a few months ago. The scent has not changed maybe a bit less tasty. Is that normal ? Should i left it in the fridge or should i let it out for it to dry a little ? I have a field of junipers too which i received very dry a month ago should i left it in the fridge too ?
