You can add a signature to all your posts now.  And I’ll tell you how.  But first…

The Signatures plug-in also allows any member of the board to set their preferences on signatures.  Don’t want to see signatures at all…you can choose that.  Don’t want to see images in signatures, but you want to see the rest of it…you can do that.  It is your choice, and here’s how:

1.  Go to your profile by clicking on your user name in the left-hand sidebard.

2.  Click on the “Edit Profile” button in the top-right corner of your profile page.

3.  In the menu in the left-hand sidebar click on “Signature Settings.”

4.  There are three check-boxes.  One allows you to never see a signature.  One allows you to not see signatures on your mobile device.  And one strips all images out of the signatures that you do see.  If you don’t care, just don’t click any of these check-boxes.

5.  Below the check-boxes is your signature editing window.  It has all the functionality as when you are creating a post, except for uploading an image.  You can add an image that is hosted elsewhere, include you full-name or perhaps an insightful or funny saying or share your web-address.

6.  PLEASE KEEP YOUR SIGNATURES REASONABLY SMALL.  LARGE SIGNATURES TEND TO MAKE PEOPLE CRAZY.
