Well, I have a plastic air tight tupawaer container I store my snuff in. For whatever reason I had the urge to wash it and did so as normal. When I put my snuffs back in it, I did not dry it completely, there was some water left and I figured oh well. After two days of storage I open up my tin of D white and I notice it is not as dry and fine as it usually is, it has the slightest bit of moisture added to it. But luckily it still burns and feels the same! However it’s noticeably easier to snuff, I don’t get it in my sinuses or in my mouth. (Before I would always exhale some dust after hitting it) Now I can take massive pinches and the nicotine is almost to much…

Yeah you have to be careful about that. I just cleaned a couple of my vials and bullets last night and I always give them at least 24 hrs to dry, they have to air dry because it’s hard to get towels in them and towels will also leave lint.

I don’t mind it though, it gave new life to all of my snuffs. The D-White with slightly courser texture is a nicer snuff anyways. Now it’s directly comparable to my 6 photo cheetah which I always found to be an easier to take snuff.

The tins where in the container and the snuff got damp? I would have thought they are air tight themselves… I store my tins all in an airtight container as well. Then put the container in a cool dark cupboard… I was hoping they should last for ages like that…
