Hi everyone! New member here 
I’ve been snuffing for quite some time now, although I’ve never actually purchase snuff - I’ve only done the coffee grinder/sieve/pipe tobacco or old cigar trick. Anyway, I’m tempted to try some British snuffs - but I’m a bit scared about the ordering/shipping process. Now I know the health claims about snuff, which is why it appeals to me, but the Mrs. won’t have it - and I mean wont. I was a long time smoker, and then snusser and even tried e-cigs- the e cigs gave me horrible heartburn and the snus started to give me gum recession - and snuff is just lovely! But… The Mrs- she’s looking out for me, which is wonderful, but I do believe this is a better option and she just won’t have it. With that in mind, I’m anticipating the mailman knocking on the door with a package bearing a customs label with nasal snuff on it being a bad thing. Anyone with a similar situation in the US who has figured out a way to get the postman to hold the package at the office or gotten a tobacconist to order it on your behalf? I really want to try some toque, especially. Thanks again for any insights Willymac

I don’t believe that the USPS will do that unless you pay for a seperate box located at the local Post Office and have the package addressed to it instead of your usual delivery address. This would be a hassle I know but if you want it that badly without the missus knowing about it… Sounds like a situation I’m glad to not have to deal with 
Many thanks for the advice - that actually seems like a great plan - it’s seems it’s only $17 for a PO Box for 3 months, which is a terrific deal for peace of mind

Some people have even had customs open their package look through and send it through with nothing no tarifs or anything. Where do you live (what state) since some states don’t allow for snuff being sent to their population. I think maryland is one. Not sure but it’s most likeily you don’t live somewhere there will be a problem.
What are you going to do when she sees brown snot dripping from your nose or finds snuff coloured hankies and tissues all over the house, I would imagine that receiving the stuff would be the easiest part of hiding your snuff habit from your wife.
I have had luck just having it delivered to my work site. Just let the boss know I was expecting a package. Other than that the neighbors is a good option. Just a side note. My last shipment from Mr. Snuff took just 6 days to be delivered to my home here in rural Montana! Not bad huh?

@ Willymac ,She put up with you as a smoker and didn’t kick you out, What are you afraid of? What is out there is what is left, all damaged goods. I don’t think she will want to sort threw that mess. It is better to live with the truth then lie about your use. You have tad and snuff is your safest and economical solution.

@Willymac I’ve had stuff shipped to my neighbor who is a good friend before to be discrete. Give a heads up so he doesn’t blow your cover!!

HOWEVER, I can’t believe she’d rather you SMOKE OR CHEW than take snuff! I’d pull the “don’t you care about my health, honey?” but then again my fiance EVEN HAS HER OWN SNUFFBOX so I have to worry about that!
I still can’t believe such a gorgeous woman takes snuff…I’m so lucky
