Does anybody know what I’d have to do in order to legally sell snuff in New Zealand. I’ve checked around but there isn’t a lot of information online about it. Like if I import popular Snuff in bulk and sell it here, in person and online. NZ desperately needs more snuff - they only do a few cans of WS and thats such a limited selection. There is a strong demand and a lot of new interest as it’s not taxed as much.

No, I’d check with local government. you may or may not need to be licensed. Here In the USA you can sell tobacco products without a license other that cigarettes and small cigars. If you sell cigarettes and small cigars you have to purchase a license from the state and possibly the local town or city. Best of luck with your business venture
