No you wouldn’t as Scotland would still be an ‘independent’ member of the European Union. A better question would be if Mr. Snuff is willing to accept an independent Scotland’s currency (whatever that might eventually be) in exchange. For example, if an economic unit of account is pegged to the haggis with banknotes stating that “Ah proomise tae pay th’ bearer oan demain th’ sum ay five haggis.” the answer is probably no.
