Snuff makers often put on their adverts that only two people in the world know the ingredients of their products and these secrets have been passed down through umpteen generations since Noah was a lad. The secret formulas being kept in family vaults etc. etc.
With the merging of these two companies will four people get to know the secrets , two from each company, or will the secret recipes still be kept by only two from the original company?
Maybe there will be an us and them atmosphere in the factory and offices.
I don’t know, but I hope the two with F&T’s secrets aren’t allowed to fly together. Don’t need all the knowledge in the same place at the same time should something bad happen.
I may probably be wrong although I was under the impression Samuel Gawith and Gawith Hoggarth were the same company until they spit in the 19th or 20th c., I’m not sure if this is true, something I heard around the place.
