Hi guys, Its come to my attention that The Federation Council, Russia’s upper house of parliament, on Friday approved a bill that effectively bans the sale of snus, much like here in the UK/EU. 

Does anyone have any more info?

Wonder when their just going to ban nicotine, they keep beating around the bush all over the globe.

Ban means they won’t collect any taxes.And opens up sales to the black market underground. They never think it through.
