As I recall, Red Bull is more of a menthol-eucalyptus. It has a similar base to Robby’sTop Mint though, no complaints on that end; but Red Bull does have too much menthol for me. Maybe the “aromatic” version in the foil pouch is better.

Call me weird, but I used to like Chief Bull sometimes. I still have some somewhere and will likely have it occasionally this winter (that’s when i like it most). Last year, I mixed together some Chief Bull, Latakia Ao 1860, a little Gletsher Prise, Red Bull, WoS Honey menthol. There could have been something else in there too. But anyway, It was really good and to my liking. Also, Red Bull and Chief Bull complement each other well, taking them back-to-back. Kind of a spicy fruit pie thing, if I remember right. I just remember, for sure, that it’s good. Strange thing is I don’t normally like artificially flavored fruit things, but I like the Chief Bull. And normally, I don’t like menthol and various other things that I like in snuff. Snuff is different. With pipe tobacco, I only go for natural flavors.

Early 90’s I tried Red Bull and it was simply too strong then and put me off snuff.

Yeah, It’s probably not a good starter snuff, for some.

I love Red Bull! Coincidentally It is my menthol of the week this week. I do a full menthol hit at least once a day. Red Bull is a clean strong menthol with an outstanding eucalyptus/herbal scent. I don’t mind the mineral oil at all in fact I love most all the oiled snuffs like the schmalzlers, the fubars, the Indian snuffs, along with all the delicious Poschls. In fact I’m planning on buttering up some odd snuffs myself to get a better picture on how oils affect tobacco flour.

Dave, That is true. The image is of the 7g container. I didn’t know there are larger out there.

On the Inter Tabac 2010 thread Red Star mentions a larger 10g Red bull.

why does this company make diffrent snuffs in diffrent size containers?
