1 - 10 g tin of old dried out Toque Vanilla 1 - Tonka bean 1 - cup of water First place the tonka bean in the cup of water overnight. The bean will swell and the water will turn brown. Next dry off the bean and place it in the tin of snuff. Close lid and leave closed overnight. Finally remove bean being careful not to lose any precious snuff. Snuff as usual. It’s not rehydrated its rewinning!

I sure do need to find some tonka beans one of these days. I have several snuffs that would benefit from that treatment.

Thanks Fischy for the link. When I get out of the doghouse, I’ll order some tonka beans. Or maybe find some kind soul who want’s to trade something for a couple.
