if you have ever watched “a gentlemans guide to taking snuff” this is what is used i think the guys name is “guy wallace” i saw him in another video take like 3 pinches of it i a single go. now this may not seem like much but he uses the middle finger and thumb for his pinches and having just got my snuff order and tried the rad ford im like “damn how can he handle that” the last full menthol snuff i had was wilsons menthol extra (i think it was that one) and the radford to me is much stronger in menthol than that one and i only use two pinches between each nostrils and that makes my nose run like a fountain and he can take 3 how is his nose not just exploding with snot like a faucet good snuff tho
One builds a tolerance to these things. It is definitely an enjoyable menthol.
ah very true
I’m not convinced it’s Radford. I think that’s an old-fashioned tin of SP No.1 - same size tin as Radford and same blue and white colour cheme - which would make sense, as for years it was the snuff that was to be found in most tobacconists in the UK. Radford in a vacuum tin (courtesy of Poschl) is a fairly new snuff, and not one that you would have found in a UK tobacconist.
I’ve just had a tin of this delivered today and for a menthol lover it is bloody lovey. Great grind and moisture, not hedges heavy on the menthol which is good IMO. Slightly gutted it’s not a twist to open tin but like a SG tin.
God though, doesn’t half make you sneeze like a bugger!!!
i need to go to the doctor on monday
Oh dear!!
Menthol based injury?
no i think its ether something wrong with my neck or a sinus infection
Menthol is placed in snuff to make one forget that one is taking tobacco. It is a very sad state of affairs. To put it in a different way, menthol exists as an affront to tobacco and an insult to it as well. >:)
lol
This is a nice morning snuff to me, not a grab you by the neck and brutally throttle you into alertness level of menthol to me, but a “Hey there friend… Time to make the donuts” type menthol, which gives it a regular spot in my morning rotation.
