Radford english snuff menthol

Helloo snuffers i wonder if someone know about this radford english snuff if it is a medicated snuff, it gives me an extremely runny nose and its my first snuff try, is it notmal and should i just skip to another type of snuff or they are all the same , thanks guys

@Abdoulaye Some snuffs will make your nose run much more than others. You could try non-mentholated and see how that goes. Also for me I find coarser snuffs make my nose run more than the medium/finer snuffs. You do get used to it as well, so the fact you are new to this is probably a factor too.

I large dark coloured handkerchief is good to have handy :wink:

Welcome! Yes, if you’re new to snuff, by all means try some others. I love medicated snuffs, but they can cause excessive drip, forward and back. Plus, if overdone, they can stop you up. Like anything new, learning what snuff works for you, and the best way to take it, takes practice.

I agree with MrSnuff, coarse snuffs can be more difficult than the finer ones, though they have their down-sides as well (one must learn to insufflate them properly).

I often “cut” my medicated snuff with a dry, non-medicated plain snuff to cut back a bit on the drip and bump up the nic level a bit.

Lesson: buy more snuff. :slight_smile:

Thank you, i think i should try non mentholated snuffs , bit i liked this radford is not too bad just that runny nose that stops me from getting another one, well i still trying, intill i found the right one for me,

Absolutely try a bunch, you’ll find what works for you. I’m sitting here at work, hitting a 70%/30% mix of 5 Photos Paanch (black medicated) and TPS Madras (plain, fine). I always keep a hanky handy, as I do get some drip. By the time I go to bed, I start to get some congestion from the menthol. Of course, I shovel this in all day (and when I wake up in the middle of the night).

Thank you, well i have this kind of problem as well there is a bunch of brand and variety you like get confused, now im ordering a floral snuff tobacco flavored just in a wish i don’t get that runny nose again, i use to buy a tobacco product befor getting to this online it was selled on the streets and verry sheap, but i had this kind of runny nose as well whith that when it is not even flavored, or it is not even snuff cause it hurts and im not kidding it hurts :smile: well just pray for me bro im really stuck with that cigarettes addiction and o try my best with this

Good luck! Once I took up snuff, I lost all interest in my pipes, even though I wasn’t in any way trying to quit. Hope you can kick the cancer sticks, I know it’s tough as I watched the Missus do it cold turkey years ago.

I just remembered, we do have CBD pouches. My mother swears by them. Just wish refrain from forgetting it’s in her mouth, swigging a cup of tea and swallowing it :expressionless:

Well i think it could be illegal here in Morocco as well but snuff is legal, i already ordered that radford and it got to me, its that menthol problem i had with it my only wish is that i wouldn’t have that problem as well with other snuff, and it could be it to kick that cigarettes habit, but it still a big challenge wish is not impossible as well

Runny nose is IMHO a good thing. But like with all good things, you don’t want too much of it. I find all snuffs make my nose run, it’s the SNUV line that I get less of a nose run than others.

Well apparently I was wrong about CBD snuff being illegal. A while back McChrystals recalled all their CBD snuff. Recently however they have re-released it and the sent us a load of it.

My theory is that the original batch may have had trace amounts of THC. I haven’t fact checked it but I think CBD products in the UK have to have zero THC unlike other countries which allow up to a small fraction of a %.
