Similar to McCrystal’s but with a little less menthol. It was great while sipping claret after stuffing myself with rack of lamb. A classic!

I’d not thought of that before, but I can see how it could work. The next time I have something rich to eat I’ll try it - although it may be a while as I mostly eat light food these days.
