Can anyone access nasal snuff sub on Reddit? Returns “Page Not Found” thing.

Yes, it has been. My guess is that the moderator (there is/was only one) was inactive for 30 days, at which point Reddit automatically “bans” a sub, considering it to be effectively unmoderated. (At least that is my understanding of how these things work).
I know that the moderator (jarvis400) posted a call for a new moderator about a month or so ago, stating that he was no longer interested in doing it. Perhaps reaching out to him directly on Reddit would be a good idea, as he is still active there on other subs.
If he does not respond, fortunately there is a process by which an existing user can request Reddit to name that user moderator of a banned sub (Reddit - Dive into anything), which if it is approved will result in the reactivation of the sub with no loss in content.
My suggestion to whomever might become the new moderator is to ensure that there is more than one named moderator for it. As long as at least one mod does something with the sub every thirty days (any system-recognized moderator action counts, no matter how minor it might be), it will not go into “banned” status due to inactivity.

If there isn’t anyone available here with the time to dedicate to moderating the subreddit, I would like to propose the idea of at least reaching out to either Mrsnuff or Toque. Given their prominence within this nasal snuff world, they could potentially step in and take over the moderation responsibilities, ensuring the continuation of the subreddit as part of their backoffice work.

I hope we can get the sub back though!! I’d be down to mod. We should have a few mods, so the sub is safer longterm.
I had reached out to him while ago on making me mod, I’ll try again… It’s a very helpful sub. Hope to have it back
