I have searched the threads and couldn’t find the answer so… Roderick, why is Toque named Toque? I know that a Toque is a type of hat, but other than that, I’m pretty clueless.

I thought that at first as well.

The first snuff bullets made by Toque looked like a toque, hence the name.
