So a while ago I ordered a 25g tub of Kamal from Dave, and I thought the label looked a bit odd. I guess it’s their Indian label on my tub, but I have to ask, is there a Kamal cool? I swear this stuff is just a bit different from the other samples of Kamal I’ve had at various times, in both Indian and our regular packaging. And that difference is there’s a tiny bit of coolness to it just like my Sparrow cool. I like it, but is it just in my head? And if not, was this a fluke, or can this be regularly obtained?

From older threads I read that if any cross-contamination occurs at the factory, menthol is a likely culprit. Or maybe they modified the recipe. I’ve never heard of a cool version though.

Could you post a pic of the tub?

I noticed a slight fifference in a recent 50g tub of Ganga. I just attributed it to the bulk, freshness factor. Didn’t notice any menthol tho, just more moisture and subtle difference in flavor. It may not have anything to do with your Kamal tho.

My Ganga has a touch of menthol. They must have been cooking the menthol juice that day.
