I just got in the mail today a Dholakia Manjul 50g tub, I’m wondering if it will work for long term storage. I was going to decant it into a cobalt blue glass jar, but that was before I realized it was a screw top container. Should I decant it, or will it be ok the way it is.
My guess, is it should be OK. I have some too, and had them for a while, and they seem OK.

Just wrap some good electrical Tape around the seam and it will store a long time! The plastic used by Dholakia is good stuff. I have been decanting all my Wilsons cans into the fantastic plastic containers offered by Nicotine Rush, the Smash box clear 2 OZ container holds a 25 gram (large) can perfectly, and the level of preserved freshness is wonderful. I just peel the label off the can and place it onto the top of the new plastic container, same with McCrystals.

Clint, I have a tub of Manjul which has been sitting in the freezer for more than a year already. The snuff is still as fresh as the day when I received it. It’s almost empty now and I will for sure use the container for storing some other snuff.
Yeah as soon as I noticed it was a screw top container, and not some flimsy plastic thing, I figured it’d be fine. Doesn’t hurt to ask and get some other input though. Thanks guys.
