I placed an order thru McChrystal’s USA, I think on 12 Sept. The order processed on 13 Sept but after several days, hadn’t shipped. I made an inquiry, and Mary told me via email 18 Sept that they had a technical glitch and the order should go out the next day. Here it is 29 Sept, and the order still shows as being processed, not shipped, and no one is answering my emails. Has anyone ordered thru McChrystal’s USA and had similar problems? I noticed on previous invoices that it looks like Mr Snuff actually fills the order for McChrystal’s USA. I’m not sure if it would help to try and contact Mr Snuff.
I was not even aware that McChrystal’s had a direct USA vending option. Interested in seeing how this progresses…
I wound up contacting Mr Snuff. Apparently, Mr Snuff does not fill the order, but does share a warehouse with McChrystal’s, and the email went to the warehouse. They were kind enough to phone Mary who just sent an email saying the order went out 26 Sept. I liked using McChrystal’s USA because I could use my debit card (my bank blocks foreign charges and I haven’t gotten around to asking them to removing the block), they don’t impose a fee on orders less than $30, and if I remember correctly, their prices were a bit lower. But after this, I’m not sure I’ll use the site again. The offerings are limited and the service hasn’t been any better than Mr Snuff. In this case, quite a bit worse. Thanks Mr Snuff for helping sort things out.
