I have performed search for “icon” to no avail so hopefully this is not a duplicate. Notwithstanding the fact that you are being addressed by one who’s idea of hi-tech is a doorknob, I appeal for guidance in loading an icon. You all have such nice icons - wanna icon! What I have done so far is to find an image I wanted for an icon, right-clicked for “copy address”, placed over the space for load icon on the site preferences page and right-clicked for paste and then clicked to submit. Result - a black square. All and any advice gratefully received - I don’t mind in the least exposing my ignorance as long as I learn something. Cordially yours, Insufflator.
@insufflator Whatever picture you use, it does shrink it down quite a bit. Is there any black in your icon? I t may very well be a close up of that.
Thank you for your response Bart. Yes - the centre is black. It would seem that instead of shrinking the image, only the centre is being displayed - any remedy?
Shrink your image down to about 35x35 pixels. The program will center it.
If you wanted to post the image for me, I could easily resize it for you.
