Hi all, I really like Scotch and toast snuffs more than any others. As it seems to be the case with a lot of folks, part of my pinch makes it to the back of my throat quite often. Where does the snuff go from there? Does it go down to the stomach or does it finds its way to the lungs? Thanks
Down your stomach. After a long snuffing session ,clear the mucus in your throat, spit into a white piece of paper and you will see it.
Thanks London Jack. That makes sense to me.

Previous 2 posts should have been a whisper. Apologies.
You can edit them into whispers if you want. But since I see your conversation, I’ll say some of the scotches are miles apart from each other. Starr, for instance is the most mellow one I have tried. Bruton is the most wicked. Square and Three Thistle are all around best balanced for flavor, grind and strength IMO. Check out snuffreviews.com and see what everyone says about them.
Thanks for the tips. I am sure other folks have finer noses than mine. I appreciate some differences but they are not dramatic to me. I have not tried Bruton. So far, Navy strikes me as the most singular one, mainly because it has a lot less of the typical campfire smell. That said, I am new to snuffing and I am sure some of the differences take time to notice.
The more you use snuff the finer your nose will get. Trust me. When I started snuffing all the menthols seemed like the same damn thing practicaly. Now I swear that every menthol snuff is unlike any other.
