Two questions: 1) Pöschl snuff is very easy to take. Is there anything exactly like it but plain? 2) This is maybe silly, but is it possible to somehow get rid of menthol that’s in Pöschl snuff? Thanks in advance!

no and no, and I don’t think you’d want a plain Poschl the fact that all their snuffs are so ridiculously over flavoured and mentholated has me quite convinced they’re just hiding the low quality of their tobacco base.

they do smell terrible if you let the scents fade.

Have you tried their schmalzler ? Sudfrucht is pretty tasty

The Poschl Brasil ‘A’ and Perlesreuter are both quite plain, and certainly have no menthol. However, if you want an oiled plain snuff, try Bernard Gekachelter Virginie, or even better Sternecker Echt Fresko.

Doppelaroma has no menthol

Pöschl brasil A has no menthol and i agree with @basment_shamen sudfrücht is tasty bananas and pineapple is what i smell. i personally enjoy sternecker struabinger it’s an excellent plain shmalzler. perlesreuter is a good plain also.
