I came across a topic a while ago when someone asked if there’s any difference between these two snuffs. I had tried both but didn’t have a chance to compare them side by side to post a constructive comment. Well, here it is, as I tried both today - I had some Johnny Apricot left that I bought during a stay in Vienna and my friend had a box of Gawith Apricot with him. I’d say they are definitely not the same snuff. Johnny Apricot has a sweeter, more candy like aroma, and Gawith Apricot has a more spicy, sour apricot scent. Also, the base tobacco’s scent is stronger and more pronounced in Gawith Apricot. They are somewhat similar but not the same. If you like one, I suggest you try the other. I prefer the Gawith Apricot.

So basically Johnny is a more “Poschlized” apricot
