In the past I didn’t have the nose for menthol’s so I stay clear of the poschl snuffs. Do they make a decent box or is something I want to empty when it arrives?

The box is pretty good, and seals up well enough. It doesn’t really matter though, as the snuff will never dry out since its moisturized with oil, rather than water. I’ve found boxes in old jackets that had to be at least two years old, which were still fresh as the day I bought them.

The Packard’s Club box is my favorite of all time. It’s got a plastic spring loaded mechanism in it that lets you dispense and take a hit with 1 hand. Very handy while driving. I always recycle mine until they literally fall apart. The one I’ve been using for my mixes is cracked on both sides after about 2 years of on and off use. The Alpina box looks kind of cool, but the slide top looks like it would leak bad if kept in a pocket. Haven’t carried mine around yet so I can’t be sure. The little round tins (Ozona and Grado) are kind of ok, but the hole is too small on them. If they enlarged the hole like the SD tins they would be so much better, and leak a _LOT_ less than SD tins do. The Gawith 10g tap boxes are decent I guess. The flip top actually stays open when you fold it all the way back unlike the Gawith Hoggart boxes I’ve experienced, and they seem to have a good seal.
