Is it possible to pinch a snuff with too much force? I have been noticing I clog up easily from pinches lately, but when snuffing from my hand seem fine. I pinch the snuff tightly and sniff gently to forcefully. I also have a cold now but I just tried taking a very light pinch and while it wasn’t a huge pinch I actually cleared right up

I clog up faster when pinching than when snuffing from back of hand or from spoon.  That’s one reason why my preferred method is back of hand.  I don’t know why this is.  It seems that I go through more snuff when I primarily use the back of hand method than when I pinch, but I clog less and need to blow my nose less often.  I also get more of a nic lift, and it hits the back of my throat less often.
