Hey Heir. Jonny or Kay can speak on paying any import duties (I’m also in the U.S. and have never been charged so I’ve got no clue).
As for tracking, the tracking only starts once it actually arrives in the U.S., which can take some time. At 11 days, you should see activity on it within the next few days, I’d wager. Most of my packages take 2-3 weeks to deliver.
Lately there’s been issues with some of the customs centers of rejecting snuff parcels. If that happens, Mr. Snuff should send you an email notifying you, so make sure to keep an eye on your spam folder just in case they reach out and it gets flagged as spam (which happens to some people).
I just ordered a few cans of snuff from Mr. Snuff and my bank asked me if I ordered from a ANDERSEN INTE which can only be Mr. Snuff and then I got another email in Chinese from the Mail Center LLC telling me to go to a customer service and tell them the order is confirmed and to change the order status. I do not understand this one bit. I am new to snuff and just wanted to try out a variety of kinds of it. I got notification from Mr. Snuff that it comes from the Isle of Man. I live in Tennessee. I understand from the comments here the order could take awhile. No one has yet said to me anything about paying import dues.
You are in the USA so you don’t pay import duties.
The tracking only begins when the parcel enters the USPS. This has the unfortunate effect of looking like your parcel is stuck on the Isle of Man when in fact it is probably being held by Cincinnati customs or, as happened in your case, was mislaid for a week by DHL.
We chased DHL and they did eventually find your parcel a couple of days ago and so it should be on its way to you now.
