Nicotine constricts blood vessels and perhaps it is slowing down blood to your face. Mull of Oa is a higher nicotine snuff. That’s my theory anyway, when in doubt as your GP

@TigerJackshere From the reading that I have done on the subject you can also use 3 or 6% it basically comes down to purity and what the H2O2 has been diluted in. I believe Shaman can give you more information on this, I am very very far from an expert, so dont take my word for it.
