First off, the ridiculous dispenser this comes in requires too much of the user to be used with ease. It seems more of a novelty contraption for amusement. It requires at least 5 doses from the spring loaded sliding mechanism to provide a reasonable amount to accomodate both nostrils. The snuff hits with an unpleasant degree of menthol, like nearly every Pöschl product. Once the menthol settles down a bit, one can finally begin to try and enjoy this. The flavor is slightly sweet, perhaps some bergamot and some spice. Its not unpleasant, but neither is it one I would seek out. As with many Pöschl snuffs with their waxy texture has a tendency to work its way into the back of the throat and require some hacking to expell it. I have no information on the origin of the name.
