That is: Uploading a personal picture and ordering a lighter, not to engrave it
I’m looking for a few tips/options of recommended, skillful and competent sites to do this. I want quality, that is very, very, very important; but not to expensive,
Preferably within EU (I live in Sweden) or can do shipping to my country? Zippo.com only offers personalization for the US costumers. =/

Have you tried searching Google for some personalized lighter manufacturers, or websites? I did a quick little search and this is what I found.
I have not used any of the sites, nor do I know if their product is quality, but it’s always worth taking a look.
Not so much off-topic really, this is a forum dedicated to nasal snuff, but snuff is a tobacco product, and there are a lot of pipe smokers and cigar smokers here I’m sure, and you gotta have an instrument to do the lighting. I’m sure there are some people here that have some personalized lighters. Give it a day or two maybe, I’m sure someone will reply with some other helpful information.

Well, that’s sort of the problem…
I guess you can google and there’ll be a thousand of websites offering a perzonalized lighter. But I would want tested and recommended, nice-quality and don’t want to just buy one and it’ll happen to be crap.
If it is just an inscription, it might be worth checking with local jewellers whether they would do it for you. Then you could buy a nice lighter online and probably get a good price on it too. If you are getting a zippo-style petrol lighter, I would highly recommend getting the real thing. It will be much better for not a great deal more money.
Is the person you are getting it for a cigarette, pipe or cigar smoker? Cigar smokers tend to go for butane lighters (gas), whereas most cigarette smokers and many pipe smokers don’t mind petrol lighters. However, a pipe smoker will require a special kind of Zippo (which Zippo will exchange for free on any lighter that you buy from them).

But being a lot stubborn and repetitious I would want tested and recommended, nice-quality sites.
