I called my Father today. Up until about 4 months ago we had been estranged for many years. It feels good to have my Daddy back.

I have a decent good relationship with my dad, though it wasn’t always, and I have a lot of resentment over my upbringing. But me and my dad have become more like pals in our older years. But I still refuse to play the imposed parental holidays.
