As we have a high percentage of US members I thought I’d let you know one of the cards that won’t work internationally “V Pay”.

If anyone knows of any others please post there names here and hopefully we can save people from buying cards that won’t work. 

And please post the ones that DO work

I usually use gift cards from the bank. For the past 3 purchases they have given me trouble but eventually went through.

Green Dot cards work without issue. I used one for my order from Toque and Mr. Snuff. Only issue was my card was charged twice by Toques processor, but it was fixed by Roderick.

I had a prepaid that I was given when my wife and I were going on a trip.  It turns out casinos won’t take the damn things either.  And they suck for pay-at-the-pump gas.  I have learned to hate prepaid cards.

Green Dot do work, but i forgot about mine, for about nine months and, at a charge of $4.95 a month, i threw it away. Net-Spend charge one dollar per purchase on line and its Visa.

Most of the cards that actually have a “Visa” or “Mastercard” logo will work just fine.  It’s the cards that put purchases on hold for 3 to 5 days without releasing funds that will not work.  Read the fine print before purchasing these cards.

I generally use a green dot prepaid Visa card to make my snuff purchases.  That way my wife doesn’t know about it until the order comes in the mail!  hahahahha

@Pot Poe - hadn’t heard of net spend. Look like a good option.

I honestly don’t really know where my Netspend card came from, the wife got it the mail and we just started using it(i guess she filled out a survey or something). It is a really good card, and i don’t mind eating the one dollar to purchase, or the $3.95 to load it.
