I emailed MrSnuff.com about this on Friday so I assume I will get a response sometime next week but I just wanted to make sure that they can ship to the USA and if most everyone in the forums that lives in the USA orders from them with no problems. Any feedback is appreciated.
Yeah they do indeed ship to the US. Most of the time it gets there about a week-and-a-half after it’s been shipped, but sometimes it can take closer to a month. I was reading recently that due to the whole terrorism thing and fear of bombs in the mail some loads of packages are chosen to be transited by ship instead of by plane so it adds a couple of weeks.

I order from Mr. Snuff all the time! The big joker in how long it takes for a package to get from Ireland to you is how long the package takes to clear the US Customs Office.
My delivery time to Florida, runs about 12-15 days.
Delivery time to Montana is 7 to 14 days. I’ve had packages come in as little as one week but most show up around day 10.
I’ve had four orders from Mrsnuff. 3 came within 6 to 10 days. other one took 25 days.
6 days to arrive to MN.

That sounds like asking for trouble. Just order and not worry about it. I expect 90% or more of our US members order 90% or more of their snuff from the UK and none of them worry about it. Let Customs come to you (though they won’t). Its easier to ask forgiveness than permission I always say. Canada is another story, Customs there usually lets the recipient know what is due.

Which customs office your package clears all depends on the shipping… It may arrive in New York and then enter the US Postal System. Since it is being shipped from Ireland, my guess is that it arrives somewhere on the East Coast. It may go from the port of entry to FedEx. FedEx has a “last mile” agreement with the US Postal Service where I live, so FedEx delivers it to the Central Rochester Post Office and the mailman brings it the rest of the way. I have never incurred extra fees.
Right now I feel like saying delivery to the States is between 5 and 25 days! It appears to be simple luck if it goes through quickly or slowly.
I think that’s what it boils down to, just good old fashioned luck. I’ve had orders get to me in 5 days and I’ve had orders get to me in 45 days. If it gets to you in 5 days go play the lottery. Lucky Lucky Lucky
