Wilsons Irish hd toast 20 Viking blonde Abraxas cafe 11 Wilsons natural Samuel gawith black rappee This is what I have on my target list for next order… Any thoughts? I also am stuck between Viking dark vs Viking blonde… I figured the blonde would be better with the order
If those are the ones that have caught your attention then order them and enjoy. If I had to choose between Viking Dark and Blonde, Dark wins hand down. But many prefer the Blonde. I can’t recall if Wilson’s #20 is the toasted SP or if that’s #21. But if you want the ultimate Wilson’s toast order some #22. Again, this is all my opinion and everybody’s tastes are different.

Yup it’s a toast but If you recommend 22 I’ll pick that one up too. I just wanted some good toasts and I’ve never tried a toast before. Much appreciated
Good choices
Youll have fun with the black rappee, sport.
Go for Viking Dark. Nothing really wrong with the Blonde, but the Dark is a classic. The Blonde is a bit like the toast you have when you aren’t quite brave enough for a toast. I’d also recommend toast 22 as more of a classic, iconic snuff. Still, order what thou wilt, you can always try the others later.
The bases are all nicely covered; from toasts to rappee topped off with, IMHO, the finest coffee snuff ever made, and that includes G. Smith’s Cafe Royale. That is one fun snuff menu.
Thanks for the info guys, final list. Went for dark because I heard blonde is bland and similar to toast. I’ll go for blonde next time. I’m sure I’ll enjoy every snuff but I’m skeptical about the Samuel gawith… I heard it’s rather coarse but I’m going to give it a go. @cigshurtmylungs - I’d try the rappee if I were you, truly classic snuff style. I would bother with the Viking Dark if your put off by the course grind of rappee either; although Viking is slightly less there in the same ballpark grind wise…

I’ll still give it a try down the road, and the initial grind is ok… For me it’s both the consistency and the grind. I saw a review on YouTube it seemed like if you rolled a little piece of the tobacco from the rappee it sticks together like something that looked a little nasty to be honest. Like silly puddy and The Viking snuffs didnt seem to do that.
@Cigshurtmylungs - Got you. Yes, I guess rappee is a slightly more moist snuff than Viking Dark, but to me they are fairly similar. SG’s Black and London Brown both have what can only be described as 'irregular; grind. Viking is probably more consistent, with a more pronounced ‘peaty’ scent to it.
I find those coarse a little difficult to take because it tends to fall out if my nose. Having said that, they are worth persevering with because they taste awesome. The coarse, moist grind also makes them less likely to hit your throat. I’d much rather the snuff fell out of my nose than hit my throat. If you pinch your nostrils after snuffing, you can get them to stay up there better.
