It seems like people either love or hate straight dips. What do you think of them. Why is there such a strong opinion on both sides and not much middle ground?
I don’t care for it much because it’s too sweet. Also I get a weird taste from it like celery or something.
Hate 'em, they taste really artificial and cloying and biting in a bad way. The only dips I like are plain fine-cuts.
To me, straight is just another candy dip like peach, cherry or southern blend… yea I said it. Not my thing, I like the taste of actual tobacco.
I used to like straight, and my dislike for it occurred over the course of a couple cans. Copenhagen long cut was my only choice for the last few years I dipped. Never liked any Skoal flavors.
yeah they taste more like a clean product candy combo then anything like tobacco.
I like a lot Stokers straight, nice quality
