Today, when I was biking back home from my university I had a pinch on the go. Even though, after consideration, it wasn’t really odd, I felt like it was and made me curious about your snuffing experience under peculiar circumstances.

I took several pinches while driving around my pizza delivery vehicle… not sure if that counts as odd. Coolest place I’ve ever taken a pinch was from the top of a small mountain at Rocky Mountain National Park. It was Gletscher-Prise. The air up there is incredible for the flavor and doesn’t clog me up like this humid Minnesota weather. Never taken a pinch while biking… probably wouldn’t unless I had a bullet. Next time I play a gig, I’ll take a pinch on stage.

I used my girlfriend’s belly button as a snuffbox once. I would classify that as “peculiar circumstances”.

Ive snuffed alot of diffrent places in public but never really anything crazy i guess.

I sometimes snuff while driving. Usually either at a red light or if I’m on a straight stretch of highway with no other cars near. I don’t think that tops Spyro though!

Gave a friend a ride to a Methadone clinic. Yup. In the parking lot with brown stuff on my nose!

I’ve taken a few pinches on stage with my band.

I’ve snuffed on a plane crossing the Pacific; under a bridge; while my son was being born, etc. Since I usually have snuff on me, whenever I feel it is an interesting moment or place for a snuff, I’ll have a pinch.

I took snuff to when you were under a bridge and when you were crossing the pacific I didn’t know it at the time though. So it wasn’t that special on my end of things.

I bet King Charles didn’t know it either.

I don’t know of any truly unusual location that I’ve taken a pinch in. I just treat it as a normal, everyday occurrence, and those around me tend to follow suit, I find. I usually have several snuff tins and boxes laid out on my desk at the office, and pinch from them whenever I feel like it. One day the department head asked me what they were. When I told her they were tins of snuff, all she said was, “So that’s why you always smell so minty-fresh!” (Indeed, one was a tin of Toque Peppermint.)

Same here. I pinch all day anyways, so there’s never really a moment that stands out for me. Except my example above- all I can think of were moments I took snuff in an awkward situation…
