Yes, you can still order. Many things are changing behind the scene, but I am still trying to give the utmost in customer service. Since the PACT act has been signed into law, everything seems to have gone to s***! It will work out, but it may take a few more days. Hopefully, things at Nic Rush will be back to some form of normalcy by Monday or Tuesday. Thank you all for your continued support and patience in these trying times. Please be aware that I am trying to reduce stock for the move to the UK. Shipping a warehouse full of product overseas is going to be quite expensive, so the less I have to ship, the less I have to shell out. Although shipping times will certainly be somewhat longer for customers in the US, there will be benefits. We will have excellent access to all of the European snuffs, (plus many that we don’t carry now), and they should be extremely fresh as well. You wont have to worry about tobacco taxes either. Nor will you have to worry about us having to turn over to the govt., all our customer data. (the PACT act gives the govt this power). Our UK customers will also have easier, less expensive access to all our products. Many details still need to be worked out, but we are working almost round the clock to get it together. (many sleepless nights here) Tom

So, if we do not have to pay American federal tobacco tax (which we are currently paying, when ordering from America), since the snuff will be sold outside of the country, and we do not have to pay the British VAT, if ordering from America, the prices of snuff should eventually go down some (because current prices include American federal tobacco tax)? I would not mind increased shipping costs, considering that. Also, I just placed yet another order to help you out Tom, haha. I am glad that I can still order from you in the future. Thanks for being such a good merchant.
