Dave, say it isn’t so. After not seeing any SG bulk sizes listed, I reached out to the customer service email and he confirmed that Mr. Snuff will no longer carry any SG in bulk containers. If you can have a disclaimer that asks if you’re 18, can’t you have a disclaimer stating that bulk orders may take an extended period of time? I have no problem waiting (even months), as I’ll simply place my bulk orders in a separate order from smaller containers. If there’s nothing that can be done, can anyone else recommend another source that will ship to the US for bulk SG?
Agree 1000000000000000% In fact, I expressed my disappointment in an email to Mr snuff over this very issue. I hope Dave can find a way to go back to offering SG bulk.
Mysmokingshop.co.UK is the only place I know who sell SG bulk and he won’t ship to the US. Americans are screwed for SG bulk.

Yes, even with the extra cost, 2 x 250g is an option. Sadly just less economical which is a big part of the reason for me to buy bulk.

@MrSnuff Thanks for replying here. I’m glad to hear you haven’t given up on SG bulk entirely. That wasn’t the impression I got from your CS rep. As most of my purchases are in bulk at this point, I was afraid it was going to cause you to lose my business almost entirely. Do you have an estimate on the timeframe of the move to v5.0 of your site? I do appreciate the effort you’ve gone through to maintain snuff supplies to the US in the post-PACT era, but asking me to buy 25g tins to meet my needs is a hard pill to swallow. =((

That is sad that people were wondering where their snuff was, and then having you feel the need to drop the bulk option at this time. For me it was comforting that you had to order direct from the factor, because that meant the snuff would be as fresh as it could be.

I just noted that on the MrSnuff website it’s states that one should allow an extra week for delivery. I suggest making it at least three weeks, that way the customer will be delighted when it arrives two weeks less

That’s great news Dave. Will you once again be offering it for the same price every other vendor is, or will you continue to charge about 30% more than any other online vendor like you have been?
