Nicotine hit

I’ve just taken some TOQUE Espresso from the freezer where it have been sitting for 6 months. The nicotine hit is much stronger than I’ve ever experienced from this particular snuff before. Is it possible that the nicotine release from a snuff can change over time?

Possibly. I think the coldness might actualy have some effect especialy when it’s introduced to a warm nose.

I don’t see why not, just as nicotine transforms into TSNAs under certain conditions, why couldn’t it also transform into free nicotine? We don’t utilize all the nicotine in any tobacco product to begin with so the more ‘base’ nicotine available the stronger the hit would be.

I always found Copenhagen stronger straight out of the freezer.

Hmm…chilled snuff! Now that we have the technology…I think your on to something Pieter.

While you’re at it, try chilling your hanky. It’s quite possibly the best feeling in the world.
