Newbie Question: What's the difference?

Hello all, This will be another dumb newbie question, but can someone tell me the difference between a “snuff bullet” and a “snuff rocket?” Rocket sounds a lot more…er…dangerous (or phallic, or aeronautical, or like a punk band name from the '80’s). Thanks!

No difference, just how they are described/marketed. Actually, there is no such thing as a snuff bullet or rocket, they are coke dispensers. All of the ones on sale for snuff were first, and still are, sold in head shops with drugs paraphernalia. The ‘snuff’ designation started simply as a way of legally selling them where legislation forbade overt drugs gear to be sold. The same deal as for ‘bongs’ and pot-pipes which are sold as tobacco pipes. It’s why they only deliver a very small dose (to a seasoned snuffer). They have now become dual purpose by dint of the snuff world, which Toque helped to achieve as they were the first major company to sell pre-filled bullets. I used to visit a large head-shop (druggie stuff, incense etc etc, if you don’t know) whenever I was on vacation in Cornwall, to buy bandannas. They were selling the bullets 20 odd years ago at least, to my certain knowledge, way before snuff hit the internet. And no newbie question is ever dumb - how else can you learn

Thanks Snuffster. I sort of figured the drug history out (I had encountered them as early as 1990); I just wondered if there was a structural or functional difference between bullets and rockets, or if they were the same under different names. I laugh everytime I encounter a snuffing “straw” of chrome or brass and read that it’s called a snuff snorter. i could never snort a line of snuff… LOL Thanks for the welcome around here, Snuffster and everyone. I have learned an awful lot over the past couple weeks, and am eager to try more and different snuffs, improve my technique to the point where I can securely sniff toasts and Sparrow without gagging/choking, and in general continue enjoying nasal snuff.
