New postal record for South America - 18 days!

We have just been told of a customer in South America getting their order in 18 days. This is amazing as most to South America take 45-50 days, if they arrive at all.

There are certain Countries around the World that are notorious for postal problems, that’s when we have to tell customers that orders are at their own risk.

I worked in Tanzania a good few years back and mail was carried in person by visiting company employees, rather than use the postal system. I wonder if the post has improved since then?

That would be South Africa, not South America.
